Ingredients
For the dough
- 2 cups of cooked cauliflower
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
For the topping (optional)
- 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 4 slices of light mozzarella cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Oregano to taste
Preparation
1️⃣ Place the cauliflower in a blender or food processor and process until it reaches a dough-like texture.
2️⃣ Transfer the mixture to a clean cloth and squeeze out the excess water.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, add the cauliflower dough, egg, salt, and grated cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
4️⃣ Grease a 20 cm round pan with olive oil and spread the dough evenly over it.
5️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
