Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder
- 2 eggs

Preparation (15 min)
1️⃣ Mash the banana, then place it in a deep bowl. Beat the 2 eggs with the banana using a fork. Next, add the oats and cocoa powder.
2️⃣ Beat everything together with the fork, then pour the mixture into a greased, non-stick frying pan. Cover the pan and flip after it turns golden.
3️⃣ My tip is to make small pancakes; they’re easier to flip.
4️⃣ Once ready, you can sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the pancakes.
