Ingredients
For the dough
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
For the filling
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 300g cooked or shredded chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- Parsley, salt, and green onions to taste
Preparation
Filling:
1️⃣ In a pan, add the olive oil, onion, tomato, and chicken breast with the spices to sauté well. Then, add the tomato sauce, cream cheese, parsley, and green onions. Stir on medium heat and set aside.
Dough:
2️⃣ Place the eggs in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add the oat flour and blend for another minute.
4️⃣ Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
5️⃣ Grease the pan with olive oil and oat flour.
6️⃣ Add the filling and dough to the pan and mix well.
7️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (350ºF) for 25 minutes.
8️⃣ Cut into slices, serve with your preferred side dish, and enjoy your new favorite dish! 🍴
