Ingredients (6 servings)
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of fine oat bran
- 4 tablespoons of tapioca flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Salt to taste
Preparation
1️⃣ Beat the eggs in a food processor or blender.
2️⃣ Add the oat bran and blend again, adding each ingredient one by one, repeating the process.
3️⃣ Add the baking powder last and blend for just a few seconds.
4️⃣ In a non-stick pan, pour half a ladle of the mixture and spread it evenly (the pan should be hot).
5️⃣ Keep the temperature on medium heat.
6️⃣ Add filling of your choice.
