Ingredients
For the dough
- 1 cup of oat flour
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- Cheese
- 2 tablespoons of water
- ½ tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Filling of your choice
Topping options
- Basil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Buffalo mozzarella
- Chicken or other healthy protein options
- Mushrooms
Preparation
1️⃣ Place all the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.
2️⃣ Grease the skillet with olive oil and pour the dough into it, shaping it into a round form.
3️⃣ Turn on the heat. Once the dough starts to release from the bottom, flip it over to brown both sides.
4️⃣ Add the tomato sauce on top and fill with your choice of toppings.
5️⃣ Cover the skillet until the cheese melts, then plate and serve!
