Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- ½ envelope of dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 level tablespoons powdered milk
- 140 ml milk
- 140 ml water
- 4 teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix almost all the flour with the yeast, leaving a little flour aside for later use.
2️⃣ Add the sugar and powdered milk to the dry ingredients and stir. Set aside.
3️⃣ In another bowl, mix the milk, water, and olive oil or vegetable oil.
4️⃣ Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients, along with the salt.
5️⃣ Knead with your hands until the dough no longer sticks to your fingers. If necessary, use the remaining flour you set aside.
6️⃣ Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.
7️⃣ Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls. If you like, you can use a scale to divide the dough evenly.
8️⃣ The dough that is not being used immediately can be frozen.
9️⃣ To bake, let the dough rest until it doubles in size, about 40 minutes.
🔟 Roll out the dough on a floured surface to the size of your air fryer, leaving a border.
1️⃣1️⃣ Brush the border with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes at 200°C in the air fryer.
1️⃣2️⃣ Flip the dough and bake for another 3 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
