Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 3 tablespoons golden flaxseed flour
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of baking powder
- Olive oil for greasing
Preparation
1️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
2️⃣ Gradually add the flours, stirring well.
3️⃣ Add the cheese and salt, and mix until smooth.
4️⃣ Add the baking powder and stir to incorporate it into the dough.
5️⃣ Grease a pizza pan with olive oil and spread the dough evenly on it.
6️⃣ Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Tip: This dough is a bit softer than traditional dough, so it’s a good idea to use a pan with higher edges to keep the dough secure while baking.
