Ingredients
- 1 large chicken breast
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
1️⃣ In a pressure cooker, cook the chicken with salt for about 20 minutes after it reaches pressure.
2️⃣ Remove the water and shred the cooked chicken well.
3️⃣ Place the chicken in a blender and blend in batches until finely shredded.
4️⃣ Transfer the chicken to a large bowl, then add the eggs and olive oil. Mix well.
5️⃣ Using your hands, knead the mixture, then add the baking powder, mixing until it’s evenly distributed throughout the dough.
6️⃣ Grease a pizza pan with olive oil and spread the chicken dough to your desired thickness.
7️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden.
8️⃣ Finally, add your desired filling and gratin if desired.
