Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried chives
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon dried basil
- 240 ml water
Preparation
1️⃣ In a large bowl, place the dry ingredients: flour, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, dried basil, and dried parsley. Mix well.
2️⃣ Add the water to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth, using a spoon or fork.
3️⃣ Grease a skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the mixture when the pan is hot and spread it out evenly.
4️⃣ When the dough is firmer and cooked through, flip it over and cook for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
