- 200 ml of egg whites (about 6 large eggs)
- A drizzle of olive oil
Topping options
- 1 sachet of tomato sauce
- 170 g of tuna
- Oregano, salt, and pepper to taste
Preparation
1️⃣ Start by greasing a large skillet with the drizzle of olive oil and heat it up. It’s important to use a skillet that can also go in the oven.
2️⃣ Pour in the egg whites and cover. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until it turns white.
3️⃣ Add your desired toppings and bake in the oven at 200°C for around 10 minutes.
