- 2 large eggplants
- Salt, to taste
Topping options
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 slices of onion
- 150 g of ham
- 250 g of light mozzarella
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
1️⃣ Cut the eggplants into thin crosswise slices, ensuring they don’t break easily.
2️⃣ Season the slices with salt to taste and line a pizza pan with them, forming a “dough” made entirely of eggplant.
3️⃣ After adding the toppings, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
