Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 140 g of tapioca
- 50 g of light grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of light cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix the tapioca, cheese, cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
2️⃣ Add the baking powder and mix it thoroughly into the dough.
3️⃣ In a skillet, melt the butter over high heat. Add the dough, cover, and cook for 1 minute.
4️⃣ Flip the dough, lower the heat, and at this point, you can add the filling of your choice.
5️⃣ Once the bottom is golden, turn off the heat and serve.
